TA Science Club

This week during Science Club, students took on an exciting and challenging practical session. They were first tasked with building their own pendulum, followed by the creative challenge of constructing and decorating a gingerbread house.

This was one of our more complex projects, but the pupils rose to the challenge brilliantly. They listened carefully to guidance and watched a short demonstration before following printed instructions to test their understanding and problem-solving skills while building their pendulums.

After some excellent effort and many successful attempts, students moved on to making their gingerbread houses, using icing to assemble and decorate their designs. Throughout the session, pupils showed fantastic resilience, adapting their approaches, and making improvements along the way.

A great session full of creativity, teamwork, and scientific thinking – well done to everyone involved!
