Thrybergh Science Club Week 3!

In Science Club this week, everyone ventured down to Food Technology to test their baking skills by making shortbread. This is linked to science through the need to follow a method when doing practical tests, and it helps everyone practise some key skills, such as measuring ingredients.

As well as this, following some suggestions from Lola & Shanae, everyone looked up the ingredients and steps to make Tanghulu, and safely melted some chocolate to coat the fruit on the wooden skewers.

Well done to all the students who keep coming along to investigate science through different experiments! Also, a big thank you to Mr Davies for helping us out this week and providing extra support for the students.

See you all next week for some more fun experiments!
