Brilliant Club Graduation 🎓

We are bursting with pride due to 11 of our Y9 students graduating the Brilliant Club programme.

The Brilliant Club links Ph.D. Students from the University of  Sheffield with schools to facilitate students to take part in an extended project. The project is a similar level of difficulty to A-Level.

We were matched with Katherine Calvert and our project title  was ‘Modernity, Myth and Maintaining the Status Quo: Cultural  Portrayals Women in Weimar Germany’. This achievement was even more impressive due to the majority of the course being completed at home during the lockdown.

A huge THANK YOU to HEPPSY+ for making this opportunity possible, to parents/careers, and to Mrs Nickson for leading and also Mrs Leaning. A special ‘well done’ goes to Bailey Parker – who was the only student from all of the schools in the programme who did an acceptance speech.

Our graduates from 2021 are;

Sophie Birkin

Isabelle Brown

Evie Cooper

Darcie Ellin

Amelia Horton

Cara Lee

Brian Markham

Lucas Mclean

Milly Miles

Baiiley Parker

Cameron Stubbings
