Thrybergh Super Science Club

Students at Thrybergh Science Club on 7/11/23 had a bonfire night theme where we investigated various chemical mixtures to produce different coloured flames like they see in various fireworks.
 
We also did the screaming jelly baby which is like a firework putting a jelly baby into a melted solution of potassium chlorate. Then we finished off with some tie dyeing of various materials.
 
Everyone worked well and had a good time! 👏
