Now that Year 8 students have requested their top four faculties for next year, we will be hosting options meetings with students this week. This is to get a deeper insight into their future plans and how their two Year 9 chosen subjects will put them in good stead for their futures.
As the students have ranked their faculties, the meeting will indicate which two of the four faculties are best suited to them, taking into account: what they enjoy, what they are good at, what they want to do in the future, and which subjects complement their learning style. More often than not, these are the students’ top two choices.

Once we have had a meeting with students, we aim to finalise the options by Tuesday 6th April.
