TA Science Club

This week in Science Club, students and Science Leaders continued exploring our STEM theme of witches and witchcraft, discovering how science can be used in different areas. This session focused on Food Technology, where pupils developed key skills such as communication, problem-solving and following instructions safely.

The main activity was making Halloween shortbread to enjoy and take home. Using flour, caster sugar and butter, the pupils followed instructions to make and roll out the dough before using Halloween cutters to create their spooky shapes. They also added sprinkles and chocolate chips before and after baking.

Everyone enjoyed putting their creations together and seeing the finished results. A fantastic mix of science, creativity and practical skills!
