This week in Science Club, pupils and Science Leaders continued exploring chemical reactions as part of their STEM project, ‘Is There Witchcraft and Wizardry in the Real World?’
The pupils investigated how science can be used to create special effects like those seen in films such as Harry Potter and Hocus Pocus. They carried out a practical experiment using household materials to create their own carbon sugar snakes, then compared their results and discussed which worked best and why. Great work, everyone!
