It’s time to celebrate even more fantastic achievements from students at Thrybergh Academy! We’re delighted to be receiving an increasing number of nominations from staff, families, and – most importantly – from the students themselves.
- Alex – Alex is a member of the Maltby District Radio Society and has recently received an official call sign, allowing him to legally transmit and communicate. An incredible achievement, especially as Alex is the youngest person in his society to earn this!
- Miley – Miley is proud of herself for consistently showing kindness and being supportive to others around school.
- Owen and Maxwell – Both are proud of their hard work and thoughtful contributions during PSHE lessons, particularly when discussing diversity.
- Katie – Over the weekend, Katie played a football match, helped her team secure a win, and was awarded Player of the Match. Well done!
- Jake, Jacob and Aaron – These three students volunteered their time to support the Year 7 football match, leading the warm-up and offering to act as linesmen. A great example of teamwork and responsibility.
- Ebony, Alfie and Harry – Our karate stars have had an amazing start to 2026, competing in their first competition of the year and collectively winning two gold, two silver, and one bronze medal. Fantastic effort!
- Callum – Callum is proud of the resilience and determination he has shown in his science lessons, and it’s great to see his hard work paying off.
Keep up the brilliant work, everyone – and remember to keep sharing your achievements with us. We are proud to be Thrybergh Academy!
