Over the last few weeks, our Y10 Photography students have been working with illustrator Natasha Poland to produce a series of animations for the National Fairground and Circus Archive, exploring the fascinating journeys of circus performers.
During their photography lessons, pupils planned and created storyboards, designed imagery and props, and filmed the animations themselves. Last Monday, their finished work was screened to an audience of more than 200 people at the ARC Cinema in Rotherham as part of the Children’s Capital of Culture film, photography and media festival, Replay.
We are incredibly proud of every student involved and the outstanding work they have produced.
