Teaching Assistant (Secondary Campus only)

£9.55 per hour
Salary: Point 4 - £9.55 per hour - 27.5hrs per week- term time only Required as soon as possible The governors, staff and students of Thrybergh Academy are looking to appoint an outstanding and committed professional to join Thrybergh Academy on our Secondary Campus. This post will be accountable to the Interim Improvement Board and CEO Wickersley Partnership Trust until further notice. Cover Tutor

£11.19 per hour
Required as soon as possible The governors, staff and students of Thrybergh Academy are looking to appoint an outstanding and committed professional to join Thrybergh Academy. This post will be accountable to the Interim Improvement Board and CEO Wickersley Partnership Trust until further notice. As a Cover Tutor you will provide support and classroom cover to the school teaching staff across all Secondary curriculum areas. You will supervise classes and ensure good behaviour and learning in the absence of a teacher. Although following lesson plans and using the work set by the class teacher you will also be required to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Further training and support in the role will be available although previous experience of working within a school environment would be an advantage. Previous Cover Tutors have gone on to attain QTS and full-time teaching roles at our Academy. If you are a dynamic, charismatic individual who can enthuse a group of young people we would like to hear from you. The governors, staff and students of Thrybergh Academy are looking to appoint an outstanding and committed individual to join Thrybergh Academy, Rotherham’s only Through School, situated on both the Foljambe Primary Campus and the Thrybergh Secondary Campus. Our aim is to provide an outstanding seamless education to students from 3 -16. We believe strongly in providing our students with nothing less than the best provision in order to equip them for a successful future ahead. The Academy is currently receiving support from Wickersley Partnership Trust.
