Y6 - Step Into Thrybergh 2020

Welcome to Thrybergh Academy

Here's our programme of events for June. There will be more content in July & August. Please see the poster for this months schedule.

We're bringing children a welcome pack to their primary school by the end of Friday, June 12th. We've done enough for every child who has put their name down for Thrybergh. If your child is currently not attending school then we've asked them to be available for collection from their school.

Admissions Form

If your child is coming to Thrybergh Academy in September we will need their details. Please click on the below link to fully complete this. It includes sections on emergency contact details, medical information and GDPR. This will replace the paper form that you will receive in your welcome pack. The form should take around 10 minutes to complete.

Please complete this as soon as possible.

Step Into Thrybergh - Virtual Tour

We’re pleased to share with you our Virtual Transition Tour of Thrybergh Academy - hosted by Mrs Croft. We know it’s not the same as a physical tour - but hopefully it will give students more of an idea about the layout of the school. Don’t forget to click the HD button!

Question and Answers Y6s

We know that your children probably have lots of questions about secondary school! What can we do at break? What bus number do I catch if I live in...? Who do I speak to if I'm worried about something...? Y6s can ask us anything!
The answers will come directly from current students at Thrybergh Academy. Please submit up to 5 questions and our team are going to film video responses to each one.

Online Support

We also have a transition group - we'd love to see you join facebook.com/groups/stepintothrybergh2020
