There was an excellent turnout for the auditions of Thrybergh School and Sports Colleges production of High School Musical with approximately 70 pupils turning up to try for a part. With so many enthusiastic students it was en extremely difficult task choosing the final few, but I am sure that we now have a cast of bright enthusiastic individuals willing to give of their own time to work together to make the production a success.
We also have two special star guests involved in the show, our very own Health and Social Care Teacher Mrs. D Hunter and our super Football right back and Mathematics Teacher Mr. L Cowell.
We are nearing the half way point in our rehearsals and are hoping that with the continued hard work of all involved we will soon be looking to have a fabulous show ready to be viewed by all. The dates of the show are the 26th and 27th June 2007. Not long to go now, are the two special guests going to be able to hold their nerve under the intense pressure?
