As Mathematics is a core curriculum subject all students in the school are required to follow Mathematics courses.
In both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students receive 3 hours of Mathematics teaching per week. Mathematics is taught in a newley refurbished school that consists of 5 teaching rooms. The faculty has access to 3 ICT suites consisting of between 27-30 computers in each room all supported by Interactive whiteboards.
Maths is made enjoyable and motivating using many resources. We have interactive whiteboards in all classroms with Boardworks software installed.
