Student Email access & how to change passwords
Students can access their email and change their Internet password by using the Rotherham Grid For Learning (RGFL) accounts.

To access emails from inside/outside school you will need an account.
Every pupil and staff member will already have one of these. If you are unsure ask your teacher or the ICT support team.

On every page of the school website there is a Student Email link at the top of the page. Use this link to access the RGFL Email.

All pupils account names follow the same naming convention. For example. Harry Potter who started year 7 in September 2009 shown below would be:

TCS - for the school name
Harry - first Name
"." - then a dot
Potter - then their Surname
09 - then the year the pupil started. So if a pupils year started in 2009 then the end digits would be 09.
RGFL - then the domain name

For example: Harry Potter who started in September 2009 would be:

tcsharry.potter09@rgfl.org

rgfl login box

The above example shows a typical user account. By ticking the "Remember my password" you will not be asked to enter your details while you are still loged on to the computer.

Another way would be to to type tcsharry.potter09
