Internet Access
To access the Internet from computers within the school you will need an account. Every pupil and member of staff will already have one of these. If you are unsure ask the ICT team. All pupils follow the same naming convention. For example. Harry Potter shown below would be:

TCS - for the school name
Harry - first Name
"." - then a dot
Potter - then their Surname
09 - then the year the pupil started. So if a pupils year started in 2009 then the end digits would be 09.
@RGFL.ORG - then the domain name

For example: Harry Potter who started in September 2009 would be:

tcsharry.potter09@rgfl.org

You do not have to use capitals in your username.
It is not case sensitive.

The above example shows a typical user account. By ticking the "Remember my password" you will not be asked to enter your details while you are still logged on to the computer.

Other way to log on (Old Way)
You could use the other way to enter your details.
rgfl\tcsharry.potter09
This may not work if the account name is too long
