The Faculty of Science has a longstanding and well-deserved reputation for excellence in both research and teaching at Thrybergh. We are still developing this site so any suggestions are most welcome.

Aims of the Science Faculty

• To stimulate student interest, enjoyment and curiosity in Science

• To enable students to understand and use Science effectively

• To ensure all students leave Thrybergh School and Sports College having achieved the best they possibly can in Science

The Science Faculty is fully staffed and consists of:
   Mr. M. King - Head of Science Faculty
   Mr. S. Guy - Teacher of Science with key stage responsibility
   Mr. N. Arundel - Teacher of Science with key stage responsibility
   Miss. M. Garner - Assistant Headteacher & Teacher of Science
   Mr. K. McCourt - Teacher of Science
   Mr. D. Hardy Teacher of Science with key stage 3 responsibility
   Mr. S. Hunter - Science Technician
