Special Educational Needs Provision
Religious Education and Collective Worship are provided within the requirements of the Education Reform Act 1988.

Religious Education is part of the basic curriculum but not of the National Curriculum and will be provided in accordance with the Rotherham Local Education Authority, "Agreed Syllabus".

Students are expected to attend lessons in Religious Education and assemblies which will be mainly of a broadly Christian nature, but parents do have the right to withdraw their children from Religious Education, Collective Workshop or both. Parents should consult the Headteacher on this matter if they do not wish to withdraw their son/daughter.
