Work Starts on new Climbing Wall at Thrybergh School
Work on the new climbing wall in the School Sports Centre started on 20th October 2008. As you can see on the plans, there will be a ‘Boulder’ room where the squash court used to be, and in the main sports hall there will be a larger wall.
The walls will be used by pupils and it is expected that the public will also be able to make use of the facilities.
It is anticipated that the walls will be completed by the end of November 2008. We will keep you posted on the progress of the walls through a photo diary, and in the mean time here are some artistic impressions of how the wall will look once work is completed. |
