Climate change will affect us in the future, so we must put a stop to it before it is to late.
This polar bear habitat is slowly disappearing because the polar icecaps are melting. This causes the sea level to rise and cover most of the coasts of England.
 Experts say that greenhouse gases we produce – like carbon dioxide – are mainly to blame for the rising temperatures.
