Indoor Cycling

SpinningA stationary cycle-based fitness class focusing on endurance, strenght, intervals sprints and recovery. All classes are synchronized to music to give you the all important rhythm and motivational push! Flashing Lights may be used.

Circuits

Circuits is a good way to increase Strength, Stamina and overall general fitness. It comprises of different Exercise stations using different equipment and also body exercises. Each Exercise is performed for a limitied time and is repeated with minimal rest between exercise.

Thursdays 6.15-6.45pm

 

Legs, Bums & Tums

Legs, Bums & TumsLBT. This class is designed to target those stubborn areas that normal exercise does not get to, Legs! Bums! & Tums! The class is open to ladies and gentleman and is suitable for beginners to advanced levels.

Boxercise

BoxerciseBoxercise has developed and adapted age old training principles to form a fun, addictive, safe, stress busting workout suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Boxercise is an all over workout, Punching circuits are very intense, we recommend two Boxercise classes each week is more than enough.

Metafit

Rapid Abs & Ultimate Abs

Abdominal classGreat way to always finish off a session. Combination of different exercises to tone and define you Abdominals and Core area. Great way to maintain core stability and feel great. Try a Short 15 minute Session after a intense class.

Tuesdays - Rapid abs 7.30-7.45pm

Fridays - Ultimate abs 6.30-7.00pm

 

 

General public are more than welcome to attend our classes at a cost of £3.50 per class or £4.50 for back to back classes.
